Cancellation & Refund Policy

NGO Al-Madina is a non-profit organization based in Pattan, Kashmir, working towards social welfare and community development. We value the trust and support of our donors, volunteers, and well-wishers. This policy outlines the guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to NGO Al-Madina are non-refundable.

  • Once a donation is received, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another individual or cause.

  • Donors are requested to carefully review their contribution details before making any payments.

2. Event Registrations & Participation

  • In case of free events or welfare programs, registration fees (if any) are purely for confirmation purposes. Such fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed by NGO Al-Madina, participants will be informed in advance, and alternatives may be provided wherever possible.

3. Volunteer Programs

  • Volunteers who register for programs and later wish to cancel are requested to notify us at least 7 days prior to the event date so arrangements can be adjusted accordingly.

4. Errors in Payment

  • If you believe an error has occurred during your online transaction (such as duplicate payments), please contact us immediately with proof of payment.

  • Genuine errors will be reviewed, and corrections will be made where applicable.
